At least being vegan doesn’t mean giving up chocolate. Thanks to my brother who developed a healthy chocolate bar, I can still feed my obsession with dark chocolate.
These are made with denatured organic coconut, so there is no smell or taste of coconuts, which is good because I can ‘t stand coconut. But knowing how good it is for you, I guess I can make myself eat these bars…. If I must!!!
3 tbsp Organic Denatured Coconut Oil
4 tbsp Organic Raw 100% Cocoa
3 tsp Maple Syrup
Melt coconut oil on low heat.
Stir in cocoa – let it cook.
Stir in Maple Syrup to taste.
Pour into silicon chocolate molds.
Put in freezer for 45″
